Centralised function within SBO to maintain standard vehicle information, starting from purchase order:

    • Commission number


    • VIN/Chassis No., Engine No.


    • Vehicle Attributes (Model, Colour, Production Date)


    • Description / Ownership


Centralized tracking and processing capabilities:

    • Track transaction history of a specific Vehicle


    • Identify the current location of the vehicle


    • Execute and Manage PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) process


    • Execute and Manage Vehicle Preparation process.


Pricing Condition is maintained by Vehicle Model or by specific deal (VPO by dealer).
Functionality allows to maintain and add following transaction types to order automatically.

    • To print/hide at Invoice print-outs

Load Factory Data function automates the creation of following information once vehicle is received.

    • Lot No., Engine No.

    • Paint Type


    • Factory Production Date


    • Selection of VIN number


    • Workflow to check if PDI and other required processes have been completed


    • Release the order


Validation of the order i.e. margin, sales price, etc.
